Charity Anderson is a Title Agent for the State of Michigan.  She has worked in the title industry and for lending institutions over the past seven years.  Charity has a passion for serving others and thrives on the detailed and fast paced nature of the industry.  Charity has developed an understanding of examining, which ensures the accuracy of the title work, a smooth closing, and inevitably fewer insurance claims.  She feels that her background in mortgage lending gives her additional credibility when performing real estate closings.  Charity feels blessed to have had the opportunity to own and operate, Cornerstone Title.

Diana Miller is our expert examiner.  She has seventeen years of experience working for the County Register of Deeds, Equalization Department, and in the title industry.  Diana is certified as a Michigan Level 2 Assessor and has earned an Associate Degree from Ferris State University.  Her knowledge and experience are an invaluable asset to our agency.
