Charity Anderson is a Title Agent for the State of Michigan. She has worked in the title industry and for lending institutions over the past eight years. She has a passion for serving others and thrives on the detailed and fast-paced nature of the industry. Charity has developed an understanding of examining, which ensures the accuracy of the title work, a smooth closing, and inevitably fewer insurance claims. She feels that her background in mortgage lending gives her additional credibility when performing real estate closings.
A mother of three and married to the owner of another small business in Traverse City, Charity feels blessed to have the opportunity to own and operate Cornerstone Title.

Sally Freeman started in the title insurance business in 1982. Since then, she has had the privilege of working under some of the best "teachers" in the industry.
Additionally, she brings forth much knowledge and expertise. The business of title insurance has evolved and changed over the years, but Sally remains true to the fundamental ideals of professionalism, attention to detail and accuracy, diligence in proofreading, and going the extra step to make sure a clean chain of title is achieved.
Along with her twenty-five years' worth of experience in the title industry, Sally also earned an Associates' Degree of Business in Accounting.

Ryan assists Charity in sales and marketing. Although new to title insurance, Ryan has over ten years experience in sales and customer service. He enjoys cultivating new relationships and providing over-the-top customer service. In addition to helping Charity, Ryan also owns Cornerstone Window Treatments. He loves the challenges that each new day brings and looks forward to seeing what the future has in store.
Ryan is married to Charity and together they have three children. He feels blessed to be able to work alongside his wife. When not working, Ryan’s favorite hobby is downhill skiing and he is a member of the Mt. Holiday Ski Patrol. He also enjoys tennis, spending time with family, playing drums, and being involved with Church activities.
