Charity Anderson, Assistant Vice President

Charity is Assistant Vice President for Cornerstone Title, a member of Lighthouse Title, Inc. With over 10 years of experience in the title industry, Charity is a member of the Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce, Power Leads II, Traverse Area Association of Realtors, Grand Traverse Home Builders Association, Michigan Land Title Association, American Land Title Association, and Michigan Green Consortium. Born and raised in Northern Michigan, she is also a big supporter of local farming. Charity enjoys spending time with her family, being active in her church, biking, and great conversation with friends.

Gary Young, Title Examiner

Gary is a title examiner for our Traverse City location. Born and raised in Lansing, Michigan, Gary holds his Associates Degree in Marketing from Lansing Community College. He started in the title business in 1972 and has worked as an abstractor, poster, title examiner and agency representative. Gary has lived in Leelanau County for 35+ years and enjoys traveling, hiking, bike riding and connecting with the community.

Jodi Skeba, Marketing Representative

Jodi has worked in the title insurance industry since 1999 and joined Lighthouse Title in October 2010 as the marketing representative for our Traverse City location. She provides escrow/closing and sales/marketing services to clients throughout the area. Jodi graduated from Grand Valley State University and now resides in Northern Michigan with her family. She enjoys gardening and hobby farming.
